Industry teardowns
Public assets, pulled apart on what they return
Public interactive assets, named and pulled apart. Not taste, mechanics: what the thing asks, what it gives back, what it can defend once a competitor copies it next month, and what the company was plainly hoping it would do. We criticise the build and never the people who shipped it, and we link to whatever is being discussed so you can form your own view rather than take ours. Anything not visible from the outside is marked as a guess, because a teardown that pretends to know the routing rules behind a form is fiction with footnotes. This is the cheapest way to learn the work. Somebody else has already paid for the mistake you are reading about, in spend and in leads that went nowhere.

What gets written here next
Subjects in the queue, in roughly the order they are useful. Nothing is filed under this heading yet, so these are the arguments we owe you.
- A public grader, pulled apart on what it can actually defend
- An enterprise revenue diagnostic, and the problem taxonomy underneath it
- A classification quiz with prewritten outcomes, and what those are worth now

The other four
Five categories, fixed. Each one maps to a body of work rather than to a tag somebody invented on a Tuesday.
Your turn
Arguments are cheap. Your own numbers settle it
Our scorecard grades the four things that decide whether the traffic you already pay for turns into qualified leads. A band, a straight read on what produced it, and the one thing worth fixing first.
